I rate coaching books like this based on the articles within them. Overall, there are a few articles that are worthwhile. But overall, know when you buy these books that their taken from clinic talks, and won't be full of all the important information.Several of the coaches the individual articles are about don't give enough information. Some of them seem like they're are gaps in the strategy of the defense. For instance, one really isn't even in a traditional 3-4 okie alignment with the linebackers for it's base look. I don't try to play last man with the chalk when reading books like this, but this one was disappointing.
The football coaching community still needs a good 3-4 book. This does not satisfy that need.

Great book
You can find most of what's found here in clinic notes. If you are thinking of running/installing the 3-4 defense as a coach, it is a good starting point.
Some chapters good some not so much.
Good reference book.
My husband likes this, finds it informative reading for a high school coach. Every night he is reading books like this.
